N-XTC Sync. Quartz Coat 4D

The N-XTC Sync. Quartz Coat 4D is a product with low VOC and  without solvent. It´s an inorganic - organic hybrid coating developed specifically to bond to painted surfaces to provide extreme longterm protection against everyday use and wear (like scratches and marring), deliver superb sheeting – effects and possibilities to build up from transparent protective layers that provide an unparalel shine.
This N-XTC Sync. Quartz Coat 4D has gone over 3 years of development and tests and finds it’s heritage in Germany and Holland where rigorous field & labtests with many formulations have been done in end to find the best results in shine and protection for everyday cars, bikes and trucks that drive around the city and country in which these face all effects of a bright day, a dark night, sunshine, UV - radiation, IR – radiation, heavy rain, fogg, snow, ice, bugsquash, road – wear & grime etc…

The N-XTC Sync. Quartz Coat 4D is not developed to be the hardest coating on paint or not the one with the longest durability. It is developed specifically to protect and resist everyday use and wear that your car’s paint faces everyday all together in a well – balanced and safe to use formula that bonds to your paint and builds up to 8H of hardness in ca. 1 micron thick layers that can fill in micro scratches.

In everyday use you will notice your dirty car will be washed clean easier (bugs and waterspots will adhese less tot he paint and can be washed off fast and easy) because the coating is so flexible clean and nonstick by itself that oxidation will stick way less to the surface, especially in the summer with bugs and bees… The added hardness to the paint will make the paint tougher and with this protect against scratches that can occur.

These capabilities in combination with hybrid ingredients like organosilan and alkoxysiloxan and the correct education to apply make the N-XTC Sync. Quartz Coat 4D an excellent choice to protect your daily driver against all weather and environmental influences possible for a period of 36 months.

N-XTC Synt. Coat Finish 3D

The N-XTC Synt. Coat Finish 3D is a waterbased emulsion - mixture of inorganic and organic ingredients with  silicon resin and surfactants that bonds to the N-XTC Sync. Quartz 4D Coat Top – Finish.
N-XTC Synt. Coat Finish 3D has got 2 key functions;
1. Help the N-XTC Sync. Quartz 4D Coat cure to a hardness of 8H over a period of 7 days.
2. The N-XTC Synt. Coat Finish 3D will add a silky smooth feel for a period of 6 months on the N-XTC Sync. Quartz 4D Coat.

Besides the 2 key functions the N-XTC Synt. Coat Finish 3D offers improved performance on UV – protection and hydrophobic capeabilities which help to keep your car look cleaner for a longer time since grime and dirt cannot attach to the surface easily since N-XTC Synt. Coat Finish 3D changes surface tension significantly.

Because the N-XTC Sync. Quartz 4D is layarable and therefore cures into a hard layer of quartz coating it gives a bit of a rough feeling when you glide with your fingers over the hardened and cured coating. To make the N-XTC Sync. Quartz 4D driveable after curing we add the N-XTC Synt. Coat Finish 3D which change the surface – tension significantly and with that gives a silk and smooth feel when you touch the N-XTC Sync. Quartz 4D. This effect will stay in tact for 6 months (or 20000 KM). Therefore we recommend to offer the end – customer a maintenance – detailjob after 6 months in which the complete vehicle gets a fresh coat of N-XTC Synt. Coat Finish 3D on its N-XTC Sync. Quartz 4D Coat so it will always feel smooth with excellent hydrophobic performance.

About the application
The application is very easy and very safe, with the N-XTC Synt. Coat Finish 3D and a short – piled microfiber / microsuede applicator (white) and / or towel (white) you can apply it perfectly.
Make sure the final layer N-XTC Sync. Quartz 4D Coat is hardened correctly and completely with 24 hours curing – time or a shorter term with Infrared Drying.
Take the microfiber / microsuede applicator (white) and spray the N-XTC Synt. Coat Finish 3D on thoroughly. Then spread the N-XTC Synt. Coat Finish 3D divided over the surface and wipe the applicator in even and straight lines over the surface and apply as evenly as possible. We advise to work part for part (bonnet, panel, door etc…)
Directly after applying the N-XTC Synt. Coat Finish 3D you can wipe off excess material with a short – piled microfiber towel (white) in the same straight and even lines as you applied N-XTC Synt. Coat Finish 3D.
To make sure the outcome will be as unparalel as possible (do not push too hard with the microfiber towel on the surface, better is to use a second microfiber towel to wipe off any excess material)

About Silicon Resin as a raw material

The used silicon resin has a high density, high concentration and purity. It can be found in many industries and is known about its outstanding capeabilities in;
- Protection against temperatures of 200°C,
- Capeabilities in building up layers of transparancy (glass – like)
- Outstanding hydrophobic performance that virtually make your paint impossible to get wet.
